Within 30 days from day of delivery, all un-opened/un-used items can be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price, less the shipping and handling. Items must be returned in their original, re-sellable condition or a re-stocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from the item's purchase price.
Please contact us for a RMA # and return mailing address prior to returning the product. All return postage is customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
Any package that is returned to shipper due to recipient rejection, refusal, return, unable to obtain a signature, moved, or incorrect address will incur the shipping expenses both TO and FROM your delivery location and will be deducted from any appropriate refund or credit.
For sanitary reasons all personal items cannot be returned, once the original factory seal has been opened. All airbeds, if open-boxed and or used can only be returned for a replacement. This replacement comes from the manufacturer within 90 days of the purchase date.

All products sold by Totally Awesome Gear are guaranteed to be Brand New (unless otherwise stated) and carry a manufacturers warranty from 30 to 365 days excluding the following.. All inflatable toys, Inflatable Tubes, Inflatable Furniture, Inflatable kids pools, and inflatable boats and kayaks carry a 30 day One time replacement (from original purchase date) only from Totally Awesome Gear.
All Airbeds come with a 90 day REPLACEMENT only warranty. This is from the original purchase date and the replacement comes direct from manufacturer . We do not accept opened or used airbeds.
All defective items returned back to Totally Awesome Gear will be replaced with a brand new replacement directly from Totally Awesome Gear or the manufacturer. The complete package must be returned in its original condition and product serial #, electronic tag, production batch number and or date-code will be verified.
All return postage is the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

For your safety, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for your purchase. Normally it takes about 2-3 business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. If you paid with store credit, that credit will be put back on your Totally Awesome Gear account. There is no restocking fee applied to any returned goods.
